Hardship Utility Billing Adjustments due to Inclement Weather

2/24/2021

In light of the recent inclement weather the City of Granby has adjusted some of our billing procedures to hopefully relieve some of the hardship that the high usage during the recent cold spell may have caused.  For the bills due 3/15/2021 usage was estimated. For the billing date due 4/15/2021 the number of billed days will be decreased to 22 billable days to allow for such high usage in February. Bills due 5/15/2021 will have an increased number of 33 billable days. If you have any further questions, please call City Hall at 417-472-6556.
